The Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) is a National Program of comradeship in Basic Sciences. This programme started in 1999 and since then has been administered by the Indian Institute of Science (IISC). KVPY is a scholarship exam and is funded by the Department of Science [DST] & the Technology of the Government of India.
The objective of the program is to identify students with talent and aptitude for research; help them realize their academic potential; encourage them to take up research careers in Science and ensure the growth of the best scientific minds for research and development in the country.

The IIT JEE Competitive Race will begin with its first phase i.e. Mains. The Mains Exam is conducted in two modes – Online and Offline. Aspirants of JEE – Mains must apply online only. There are no printed application forms. Candidates can sit for three consecutive years for JEE Mains.
The JEE Mains exams is on the same lines of the CBSE Class 11 and 12 Physics, Chemistry and Math syllabi.
Mains Scores serve either as the eligibility to take admission in NITs⁄IIITs⁄GFTIs or an entry ticket to the next phase i.e. Advanced.
JEE or Joint Entrance Exam is a common entrance examination conducted at all India level for facilitating admissions into different engineering colleges in India. JEE preparation demands the in–depth knowledge of the concepts as it is globally recognized as one of the most challenging engineering entrance examinations at the undergraduate level. Every year around 1.5 million students appear for this exam. Therefore, JEE preparation requires a smart, systematic and concerted effort.
Those who don’t go for the Mains Counselling Procedure may opt for this second phase of IIT JEE Exam Competitive Race i.e. Advanced. The difficulty level of the exam increases from Mains to Advanced. The JEE Advanced requires a few extra topics to be covered for the exam.

Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) conducts Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET). KCET is held in the offline mode in the national level for admission in first year professional courses for Government share of seats in Karnataka Colleges.
KCET 2020 Syllabus for the students is important. Those who want to appear for this exam must have the syllabus before they start off their preparation for the exam. With this, they will have an idea of what all they need to prepare and hence not waste their time on any other random topics. Students who are preparing for the NEET exam can also appear for KCET.
The 10+2 qualifued candidates can appear in KCET for admission in Medical, Engineering, Architecture Courses and Farm Science courses.

NEET or the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test is an Indian Medical entrance examination. It is conducted for students who wish to study any graduate medical course (MBBS), dental course (BDS) or postgraduate course (MD ⁄ MS) in government or private medical colleges in India.
National Eligibility and Entrance Test or NEET is the one examination which would be considered for filling about 54,000 medical seats across the country. CBSE is the responsible authority to determine and release the exam pattern of NEET.
The exam covers the topics from Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology. Candidates appearing for NEET shall prepare thoroughly in order to secure a good score.

For each correct answer, the candidates will be awarded 4 marks; if an answer is wrong, then 1 mark will be deducted.
The duration of the paper is 3 hours. Each correct answer attracts 3 marks and 1 mark is deducted for each wrong answer. For every unanswered question, marks are neither be awarded nor be deducted.
